Assoc.Dir.DDIT US&I MLOPS Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the Platform and Data Scientist/Data engineer and work towards building the DE/DS pipelines in various data and cloud platforms

As an Associate Director ML Ops – DSAI Products in the DDIT US&I - Data, Analytics, and Insights team, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to the modernization of the data ecosystem, deliver DnA (Data and Analytics) products to the countries and the core brand teams to deliver exceptional customer experience, reach twice as many patients twice as fast to help them prevail over severe diseases by leveraging data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and evaluate end to end Architecture for cloud based Data science applications
• Work closely with the DE/DS teams to enable end-to-end CI/CD build
• Define data and model metric and enable tracking of the metric in the CI/CD
• ML Flow design with data engineering and data scientist
• Work with platform team to enable connections/platform relates features required for the project
• Work with ML ops to define pytest within the modules and config file elements for Dev
• Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of ML/DL  models from development to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
• Work with DE/DS for resolution of checks on Sonarqube, Checkmark and other platform CI/CD checkpoints and parameters
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor the performance of ML models in production, identifying and addressing issues such as data drift, model degradation, and operational bottlenecks
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for ML models, workflows, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Experimentation: Support the experimentation and iteration of ML models by providing robust environments for testing and validation
• Build and Maintain data pipelines for analytics, model evaluation, training (versioning, compliance, validation)
• Architect infrastructure in AWS and Azure Cloud

Experience

• Hands on working knowledge in building scalable enterprise architecture for global data science applications
• Strong experience in working with Machine learning, Deep learning and Gen-AI (good to have) applications
• Understanding of agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) and SDLC processes
• Well-versed in various ML/DL algorithms and techniques
• Tool:  Python/SQL, Databricks AI Workbench, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Experiment tracking, ML Flow, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform etc.
• Machine learning , Deep learning, Gen-AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Pytorch, Tensorflow
• Certifications preferred in AWS / Azure Architecture
• Knowledge in implementing Responsible AI , Data privacy and Application Security practices for enterprise applications

Education

• University Degree and/or 10 years relevant experience and professional qualifications
