诺华近日在欧洲过敏与临床免疫学会（EAACI）大会上公布了RemIND试验数据。结果显示，瑞米布替尼在三种最常见的慢性诱导性荨麻疹（CIndU）亚型中均达到主要终点，成为首个在全球III期CIndU临床试验中显示出疗效的药物⁷。

在RemIND试验中，瑞米布替尼组在第12周观察到更高比例的完全缓解；其中两个亚型早在第2周即出现治疗反应。这些结果表明，对于接受第二代H1抗组胺药治疗后仍控制不佳的患者，瑞米布替尼可实现持续的症状缓解⁷。

慢性诱导性荨麻疹（CIndU）是慢性荨麻疹类型之一，压力、热、冷或阳光都有可能成为其诱因，引发瘙痒性风团。目前尚无获批的靶向治疗方案。RemIND 研究在三种最常见 CIndU 亚型中取得的结果进一步验证了瑞米布替尼有望为那些未被满足治疗需求的患者提供新的治疗选择。

三种最常见的CIndU亚型包括症状性皮肤划痕症（SD）、寒冷性荨麻疹和胆碱能性荨麻疹，其中症状性皮肤划痕症最为常见⁸。诺华已向美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）提交补充新药申请（sNDA），寻求批准瑞米布替尼用于治疗症状性皮肤划痕症亚型，并将于 2026年陆续向全球卫生监管机构提交更多申请。

目前，瑞米布替尼已在美国、中国及欧盟等国家获批，用于治疗对H1抗组胺药应答不佳的成人慢性自发性荨麻疹（CSU）患者。

RemIND试验（NCT05976243）是一项全球III期、多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照、平行分组研究，旨在评估瑞米布替尼在H1抗组胺药控制不佳的成人CIndU患者中的疗效、安全性和耐受性¹⁷。

RemIND试验的主要终点为第12周通过三种CIndU亚型特异性激发试验评估的完全缓解患者比例¹⁷。次要终点包括第2周和第12周相关终点较基线的变化，以及第2周和第24 周达到完全缓解的受试者比例。

**—关于慢性诱导性荨麻疹（CIndU）—**

CIndU是一种慢性皮肤疾病，估计影响全球0.5%的人口，即约2,900万人³˒⁴。CIndU不同于慢性自发性荨麻疹（CSU），后者没有特定诱因¹⁹。

CIndU对患者日常生活造成显著负担，许多患者虽然反复使用抗组胺药，但仍无法获得充分缓解²⁰。鉴于目前尚无获批的靶向疗法，这些患者在有效治疗选择方面长期存在缺口²⁰˒²¹。

最常见的CIndU亚型是症状性皮肤划痕症，其表现为皮肤受到剪切力刺激后出现瘙痒性风团，例如摩擦或轻微抓挠；风团通常在接触后不到5分钟内出现，并一般持续约30分钟¹⁸。

寒冷性荨麻疹发生于皮肤暴露于寒冷后，可导致风团或血管性水肿，通常在暴露后数分钟内出现，并多局限于暴露部位¹⁸。

胆碱能性荨麻疹表现为特征性小而点状的风团，由身体主动或被动升温触发，包括运动、强烈情绪或热水浴等¹⁸。
